High-Performance & Sports Science Background
Rhea completed her BSc in Exercise & Sport Science and Psychology at the University of Otago in New Zealand. During her time at University she coached strength & conditioning for rock climbers, and has also assisted with commercial performance testing and research in exercise & anxiety, gaining experience working with both athletic and non-athletic populations in a laboratory environment.
Being deeply involved in outdoor and endurance sports has given her a strong appreciation and interest for injury resilience and prehab, movement quality, and the psychological side of performance. This has generated a particular interest in longevity within sport, and she hopes to begin postgraduate studies in the following year.
